ULTIMATE LOGISTICS IS A SCAM ---- DO NOT USE!!!!

Ultimate Logistics promised me that if I overnighted them the $200 deposit they would call me that day and have my car shipped out within the week. I overnighted them the cashier's check and never heard from them again.

For the next three weeks I called them daily and was told that they were still working on the order and that a driver hadn't picked it up yet so they couldn't give me a date. I spoke with Veronica each time and was unable to speak with anyone else in dispatch, customer service, or Glen, who had originally promised me the car would be shipped out that week. Veronica became so belligerent on the phone that I had to hold the phone away from my ear and wait for her to finish screaming at me.

Two weeks after my car was supposed to been shipped out, my lease on my apartment expired and I had to move in with a friend to wait for UL. This is when I discovered this website and found that this had happened to hundreds of people and that there was no chance my car would ever be shipped out. I ended up driving out to Oregon and still have not received a refund. I have filed a complaint with BBB and encourage everyone else to do the same. I also found out that they have been shut down in the past for the same thing and have operated under multiple names.

I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SCAM. ONCE THEY RECEIVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN AND WILL NEVER SHIP YOUR CAR OUT.
