Pat was helpful and professional. My calls/emails were answered promptly, and he seemed to always be available. He understood that I was very nervous about making sure that the transport happened. Shipper he arranged was good - car arrived a couple days early, in fine condition with no damage. No surprises or extra charges, etc. Would use Ultimate again, for sure.
