Keep in mind that Ultimate Auto Shipping is merely a broker. As far as this company goes, they're nice people and explain some of the particulars. No one made mention that the auto carrier would be an a-hole who barely spoke english and would add more $$$ to the quote for putting clothes in the car that did not exceed 100lbs. On top of that, something must have gone wrong in transit because my car battery was dead on arrival and needed to be replaced.
I am not sure if I would recommend, but it would be with reservations because the customer service is inconsistent as no follow-up was made, never was really given an arrival date for my car, hidden charges, and their choice of auto carriers could certainly use improvement.

Jeff, the contract that you signed specifically states that you are allowed up to 100lbs. of personal belongings in the vehicle for various reasons. If you feel that you had less than the maximum I could have spoken to the driver to have the fee waived with a simple phone call, and I have done this in the past. All Carrier's that I assign are rated at least 98% and this Company was well above the minimum requirement on the rating system that I require. I do not discriminate by ethnicity on who I choose as these are hard working individuals who need to support their families and eat. After your vehicle was delivered I followed up with a phone call, like I do with every order, and left a message for you. When I did not hear back, that told me that everything was satisfactory. I want to thank you for the positive remark that you mentioned about my honesty and professionalism as I am available 24/7 for all of my customers.
