Patrick was great to work with and made shipping my car back a good experience unlike our first experience with another company a year ago. He was quick in his responses and was able answer all my questions. He was understanding of our concerns based on our previous experience and did what he could to make sure shipping our car was extremely easy. The car did arrive a little dirty but that is to be expected when it is being driven across the country in the middle of winter. The driver Patrick got for my car was very good in informing me a few hours before when he was planning on getting to the meeting spot and got my car from California to Maryland in 5 days. Overall working with Patrick and Ultimate Auto Shipping was an excellent experience and if I ever need to ship my car again I plan on going back to this company. I would highly recommend working with Patrick and Ultimate Auto Shipping if you need to ship your car because they are easy to work with and get the job done quickly.
