I worked with Pat at Ultimate Auto both in the Fall when I shipped a car up from Florida to MA and again in December when I shipped another vehicle south to Florida. Both experiences were excellent. Pat took the information, e-mailed me with updates, let me know exactly when the vehicles were dispatched and when they would be picked up and delivered. Both drivers arrived on time, were courtesy and professional and both vehicles were delivered safe and sound.
