This is the first time I ever used a car transport. I bought my brothers truck and was trying to figure if I should fly and get it or have it hauled down. I put a quote request in and one of the first persons to respond was Pat Lynch. He left a message and stated that he would like to set up a pick-up and delivery with me, but he wanted me to do a few things first. He advised to do my homework and gave me some web sites to go to and see and read all reviews before I made a decision on who to use. After a few days of reading it did not take me long to figure out who I was going to use. I called Pat Lynch and he helped me through the process. He advised the cost and had a truck at my brothers house the next morning. He advised it would be here on the weekend and it arrived to where the driver and I choose Sunday morning. The only thing I would have liked more was a call from the actual transport company to at least give an update of expected time. Put the driver was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Pat Lynch at Ultimate Auto Shipping Inc to take care of my transport for me again he was honest and reliable and very knowledgeable about the business. Always answered his phone and willing to answer all questions I had.
