Having never shipped a car before, I was very skeptical to do so. I screened several companies and decided on Ultimate Auto Shipping after several discussions with Patrick Lynch, president of the company. He explained in detail the process and sytem of transport and was very detailed with follow up calls regarding the drivers, locations and timeline of moving my BMW. I was in Denver when the transport came to pick up my car in Charlotte and my the driver was very kind to my daughter, who released the car to them. It took no more than 10 minutes to load and go! I was called on Monday morning with an estimated time of delivery in Denver and again when the truck was less than 1 hour away. The car arrived by 12:30 pm, way ahead of the 5:00 pm original time. It took 10 minutes to unload and I was on my way. The ATF trucking driver, Norman, was friendly and professional and I was extremely pleased.

Pat Lynch followed up with me after the delivery and was very concerned about the service, which I would rate as "Top Notch". I will certainly use Ultimate Auto Shipping again if I need to move my car. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend them to anyone. After the 1560 mile road trip, my car arrived as clean as it left!! Excellent Job!!
