After finishing grad school in St. Louis, I landed a job in L.A. Because I relocated from Korea to U.S., I had no clue on how I should start my relocation. From St. Louis to L.A., it was 30 hours drive plus there was motel fees and gas fees. My friends advised me to make my relocation easy by shipping my car. So, I signed up for a website that makes the car shipping company contact the customer. I received over ten calls from different companies. This process stressed me out, because I did not know whom I should trust. After hearing Pat's message, I could see that he is geniune and is the owner of his company. This made me trust his company. After my research reading online transport reviews, I realized that Pat's service received all five stars. With no hesitance, I asked Pat to help me on my relocation. He asked for a reasonable cost that I had to pay the driver ($550) and ($200) for broker fee. And he honestly had told me that my car will arrive in a week. Receiving my car, Pat told me that earliest would be in 4 days or latest 7 days. So, I shipped my car in St. Louis on Tuesday and received my car on Monday in L.A. The car arrived on Monday due to carrier truck AC being broke, the driver had to fix his carrier along the way. I was so happy to see my car at 7am on Monday. Because I asked the driver that I had to drive to work and he kept the promise. My relocation was successful because of the help of Pat and his company. I thank him for his excellent service. If I have to relocate again, I would use his company in a heartbeat and even introduce his company to my friends. Thank you and Great job!! :)
