I recently purchased a new vehicle from out of state and after searching the internet for a auto transport company and reading some of the horror stories from others, I decided to check with the Better Business Bureau. This is where I came across Ultimate Auto Shipping. They had excellent reviews and no complaints and I decided to give them a call to see what they had to say, I spoke to Pat Lynch the owner who instead of giving me a sales pitch right off the bat asked me if I read the information on the company's web site and watched their Youtube video. I told him I had not and he told me to do that first and if I was still interested I could call him back as that would probably answer most of my questions. I did just that and then called him back. He was right most of my questions were answered and he took his time explaining anything else I wanted or needed to know about the process. I am truly glad I went with his company. I have to admit as this was my first time using a auto transport company I was worried but Pat coordinated everything kept in contact with me via email, text and phone calls until my vehicle was delivered to my door. It even arrived a few days earlier that expected. The delivery driver was professional and the whole process was a smooth one. I absolutely recommend Pat Lynch and Ultimate Auto Shipping to anyone who wants quality and professional service.
