Ultimate Auto Shippers saved my butt! I was shipping two vehicles for a new hire my company was relocating and got tons of advice from shippers not to get scammed, I did my due diligence and went with the middle of the road option as far as pricing went. When about a week before my ship date, I get an automatic reply e-mail telling me the guy I had been working with is no longer with the Company. Not feeling warm and fuzzy, I called to check on the status of my pick up. Twice. With no reply. Since my client had to move out of his apartment at the end of the week, and no transport had yet been scheduled. I was referred to Ultimate by the moving company I was working with. I called Pat and he literally saved the day. Not to mention is the owner/operator and deals with his customers personally so there is no fear of him"not working there anymore!" Pat was able to get the pickup scheduled with super short notice and communicated with me throughout the process. Also, the cars arrived at their destination 4 days ahead of schedule! I would definately recommend Ultimate and thank them for a job well done!
