I thought I did my research and chose a different company who seemed to communicate well and promised me everything would go smoothly. I flew to Michigan to supervise the pick-up of our classic car (which we inherited), only to have communication drop off and phone calls left unreturned. All I got were form emails which didn't address any of the questions I had emailed about. Finally, over a week later they actually suggested I go with a different broker! After doing deeper research I came to understand that everything in this industry is not what it seems (buyer beware). I was lucky to come across Pat Lynch at Ultimate Auto Shipping who wasn't surprised by my story. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and he called me back the same day with a shipper lined up for the following Monday. Pat is the owner of the company and has personally answered the phone every time I've called. I imposed on a neighbor to supervise the pickup which occurred right on time Monday. Delivery to my home in the Minneapolis area happened the next day, almost down to the minute promised. Car in good shape, friendly courteous driver, couldn't have asked for more. I have not been compensated, Pat at Ultimate Auto Shipping is the real deal - an honest guy providing service as advertised and price competitive with any of the other quotes I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.
