Pat Lynch was very helpful. Guided me through process of reviews and finding a company etc. Initially I was overwhelmed with the number of quotes. At first it seemed that most of the quotes were reasonable, but I quickly sensed that most were "low-balling"; all quotes would lead one to believe that all were top-notch companies. However, I became a little suspicious after getting a few phone calls.
Two companies posted my listing on the Central Dispatch without even contacting me, in other words unauthorized to do so. I had to jump thru hoops to get these removed. One even argued with me and would not give me a chance to voice my displeasure.
Finally talked to Pat and he helped me get a better picture of this business. Keep in mind I had never shipped a car before. Pat was like a "breath of fresh air".
He was very professional and easy to get to, prompt responses etc. I would not hesitate to use him again!!!
