Pickup was on time. Illinois to California, but only took 4 days, 1 day less than delivery date that was promised. Vehicle's exterior was a little dirty upon delivery, but no major problems at all. Everything went just as promised, if not better than promised. I'd use Ultimate again without hesitation.
