Pat made it a point to be the first one to contact me. Thank goodness!! He explained how the transport works and what to look out for. I had talked to one other company before I bought my classic car and they gave me a low ball bid. They sort of hinted that it might be more. Pat asked all the right questions about the vehicle and told me that because of its height it would have to ride on the top of the carrier-which costs more. He gave me a price that seemed fair and I accepted. He developed a plan to get more companies interested, since car was tucked away in Montana and had to go to N.W. Indiana. Three hours later he called and said he found a company that could pick it up that day!!! I figured it would take 3 weeks. I got all flustered because I'd have to call the former owner and see if he could be available to meet the driver that night. Not to worry, because Pat had already called the former owner and worked out the details. Now that's GREAT service. So it took a few days in stead of a few weeks to get my new toy delivered. Pat even called me and told me when it was delivered to Indiana since I'm in Florida. I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Auto Shipping and would use them again without any hesitation.
