This is the first time I've gotten my car shipped, and regardless of who you go with it's going to be a stressful experience. I made the mistake of filling out an online application with my contact details and within minutes my phone was blowing up. I had easily 50 calls from car carriers over the course of 48 hours, and Pat at Ultimate Auto was one of them. I instantly gravitated towards Ultimate Auto because Patrick Lynch came across as friendly, approachable, honest and easygoing. He helped me understand how this industry operates, which informed my decisionmaking process. However, as soon as everything was arranged, I ended up dealing with the movers a lot more than I dealt with Patrick. I only spoke with him twice during the process: to set up the order, and to confirm that my car arrived. In contrast, I spoke with the movers themselves probably a half dozen times, and communication itself became difficult. (Somewhat broken english.) Perhaps I should have involved Pat more heavily throughout the actual moving process... Regardless, everything worked out well. Car came back safe and sound, and it arrived very quickly. I'd definitely work with Pat and Ultimate Auto again next time I've got to ship a car.
