I selected Ultimate because of the degree of professionalism through-out the inquiry stage and especially the fact that Ultimate directed me to this review page so I could verify that customers were very satisfied with the service. The pick-up and delivery didn't happen quite as soon as expected but it seems that hurricane Irene was on a different schedule than I and the shipper. Remove Irene from the equation and the transaction would have been totally flawless and much faster than I could have hoped for. You will find Patrick a pleasure to deal with. Ultimate and the chosen shipper were excellent at keeping me appraised of the status of the shipment.
