This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and like many others I was initially bombarded by many companies. I was going to go with another company who actually came in cheaper through uShip but it was Pat's personal attention that won him my business. Great communication!

Pickup went great, driver was careful (this is a specialty vehicle) and picked up a day earlier than expected. I was even able to include some extra parts that were included with the sale of the vehicle. This probably saved me a few hundred extra in shipping alone.

My only real complaint was that the vehicle could not be tracked and it arrived a day later than expected. Not a big deal. No tracking seems standard for most carriers except for DAS which I would never use given the research I have done.
