I had an excellent experience using this company. Pat Lynch, the Pres. definitely knows his business and delivers. He also has superior interpersonal/customer service skills which greatly helped getting through this first-in-a-lifetime-nerve-wracking experience for me. So I know who I will return to if I have to do this again.
I say this even though the truck was a day late picking up the car due to having repairs done in NJ. However, the truck driver was apologetic and called me 2 or 3 times times to keep me posted. He arrived within 10 minutes of the second scheduled arrival in a bright, shiny new red truck. (I was afraid it might be an old heap.) There were 2 drivers and they got from Eastern MA to Denver in 1.5 days. I was amazed!- and a happy customer. Pat had told me he used this trucking company before and they were good. And he was right. That the pick-up was scheduled only 4 days in advance made the service all the more impressive.
