This was my first time shipping a vehicle so I didn't know what to expect. I had received the referral for Ultimate Auto Shipping from a military service member who was very happy & excited about the service she received. The customer service I received from Pat was the best, he even followed up with me to make sure everything went well. That was something I did not expect, it's hard to know if you'll receive the service that is promised sometimes. The service was excellent from the broker to the transporter, everyone was great. I received my car in 7 days which was great for me, the cost was lower then the competitors and they pick up and deliver directly to you. So I would recommend everyone use "Ultimate Auto Shipping" it's the best. My vehicle had no damage, it wasn't dirt, I was impressed. So if your looking to ship your vehicle or your undecided about which company to use, I would choose "Ultimate Auto Shipping".
