company charge you one price don't deliver on time move your vehicle around more than once to load and unload other vehicles if the car end up breaking down after they pick it up they charge you do deliver to your door or place of drop off. if you car was working and something goes wrong with it you have to pay. I feel of car breaks down while in your care your responsible. not wanting them to pay for repairs could have at least completed job without any extra fees
