At the first place, they promised a price, which is ok in comparison to others. At the last minute, they just asked for a higher price, which is about 10-20% increase on the first price. I did not agree. Even I insisted that the initial invoice order shall govern, they break their obligations by not showing up. Their excuses like gas price do not make any sense, at least to me. According to the good reviews, it appears some people believe that is an acceptable excuse and just paid. If the gas price drops, would they refund us the difference? Probably not. They have been doing business in a dishonest and deceitful way. I would recommend not to use this company.
