After having a driver scheduled and then that falling through due to my fault in mis-classifying my vehicle, the person helping me was Richard and I have to say the customer service was phenomenal. He was DETERMINED to find me a transport from Wisconsin to Connecticut--and he did. And saved me a boatload of money. The driver took great care to get my Pro Master 1500 here in one piece and was pleasant to boot. Being able to text in real time was a great comfort as well. Don't hesitate to hire them you won't be disappointed.
