Placed order May 16 2013 at the lowest price since we were in no hurry. Adam took our $ 150.00 via electronic check. A friend checked and vehicle was posted on Centraldispatch.com at the price indicated, but at .26 cents per mile it would most likely never be picked up. Other vehicles listed from PA to WA were at .35, .45, .64 and .73 per mile. Save your $ 150.00, hire a carrier directly Me too in PA : (
Adam will call and call until he gets your check info, after that they have 2 days to reply to your email requests per the "contract". Most times "Tim" (who is also Adam according to BBB) doesn't respond and when he does, fails to answer the questions you ask. I had to hire someone else to move the vehicle as apparently the trucking industry doesn't take his posts seriously enough to even consider a pickup. Save your $, go somewhere else. One more thing, the $ 150.00 is non-refundable under any circumstances and they do virtually nothing for it and provide little or no follow up services. 2 thumbs down for this A..Clown PS: after posting this review, US Direct Auto told transport reviews that I was never a customer....I left a message for Adam 7/15/2013 on his voicemail requesting a return call and my $ 150.00 back since I was never a customer...no reply. Go figure. Adam,please refund my $ 150.00 deposit and I will take this review down.
