So many companies vying for your business! So many emails, phone calls! Who to use??? US Direct Auto was the only one to offer a variety of pricing, based on what you require. They are also very "upfront" about how the business works. The broker advertises your car, and the transporters "grab" the ones they want to take. Made sense, so I chose a basic level of service....even though i was only going to be in the departure city for a few days. I was very happy with both broker and transport guy. I watchd him load my car on his truck, and the estimated arrival date he gave me was accurate. I was worried about sending my car off on a cross country trip with a perfect stranger, but it turned out perfect. I am happy to recommend US Direct.
