This customer chose the economy/standby service which is our least expensive and least predictable service level as far as timing is concerned. When we found a driver 2 weeks after booking we could not reach the customer. The customer later demanded the deposit be returned even though they agreed the fee is non refundable.This is just an effort to force us to refund the fee.
