U.S. Direct Auto Shipping did a great job. My bids came back from $735 (U.S. Direct Auto) to well over $1,400. U.S Direct was the only company that gave me several price range options depending on my needs to get my car across country. I chose the Economy Shipping option. This is their standby service. This was their cheapest price and included bumper to bumper insurance with no deductibles, and executive door-to-door service.This service requires that you are extremely flexible with regards to your pick up date. I was very flexible with my pick-up date and Adam even warned me this could take up to several months for a pick-up, so when I initiated the process, I thought it would take much longer than it did.

After reviewing all my bids, I spoke with Adam on a Wednesday, for initial contact. I had a contract in hand that very same day for services. Thursday I received an e-mail notifying me of who will be picking up my vehicle and when. The very next day, Friday, Omar (the driver) came to pick up my vehicle. I received my vehicle one week later in Florida. My car beat me to my destination.

This company did an awesome job. My two contacts, Rep. Adam and Omar my driver were very curtious and honest with me in what to expect.

I chose this company because they were the cheapest, most curtious without pressure, and gave me options. They only took a broker fee of $150 the rest went to the shipping company. They did ask for their broker fee up front and the rest was paid to the driver upon arrival.

I had another company call me and badger me saying at this price my car would never be picked up. Of course, this was a rep from the most expensive company that quoted me. I was appalled at how aggresive the other salesman got - even bad mouthing U.S. Direct Auto Shipping and telling me they would never pick up my car they were just taking my money. This sales person's tactics did not work on me - he just wanted a larger commission.

Listen, for my experience, this company is rated beyond 5 star. This was a very positive experience and I saved a lot of money. They didn't try to take advantage of me. I absoluteyl recommend them.
