They did an excellent job communicating every single step of the transportation from the time of the pick-up to the delivery.
We had a date agreed for delivery, which only happened 4 days later, because the truck broke down on the way. The company connected me with the driver and we exchanged phone numbers. His communication was just amazing and prompt: he constantly updated me of every step and assured me that my car will be delivered as soon as possible (they were waiting for parts for days in the garage). It did get delivered and it was just the way I left it (except that the tank was empty, which is understendable). I'm pretty sure there is a big pressure on those drivers in situations like this, and I incredibly appreciate the way they stay calm, do their best and make sure that the customers are up to date. I was super nerveous if my car will get here at all... since this is my very first time doing this, but now, after delivery: I greatly appreciate the communication and the hard work of those drivers.
