We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery and the inconvenience it caused. While the truck breakdown was an unexpected issue, we understand that the original timing was important to you. We're glad to hear that we were able to find another driver to complete the delivery, but we recognize that this situation fell short of your expectations.
