The good: they found a driver quickly that did a great job. The final price was what I agreed to.
The bad: EVERYTHING else. I was quoted a price of $450, then told that I'd need to pay $800. I agreed to a jump to $600, and got to listen to BS for an hour before they agreed to it. After complete, I was given a script to use for a 5 star review and offered a ten dollar bribe to give it. They then called and texted for 3 days asking for that stellar review until I had to block the number. I would have left 1 star but they did refund the extra $100 I had to pay the driver. This happened because they gave the driver a contract for $100 more than I signed for
