DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the shadiest people on the planet. I signed up with them to have my car picked up and delivered on 12/13. They made all kinds of promises, including that I wouldn't be charged over $250 total, that the car would be picked up and dropped off same day, etc. I signed an e-contract and paid a deposit of $130. I called the day before the scheduled pickup to confirm, and was told everything would be great. The morning of, they called to say they couldn't find a driver in that contract price because "someone else" had listed my vehicle on the broker for more (but I had not gone through anyone else.) They gave me a Google voice number to track down to "ask them to take the listing down" so they could bargain with the driver for $250. I call/text the Google voice number who has no idea what I'm talking about. I proceed to have 6-7 phone calls with them back-to-back as they "attempt to reason with the driver to get it back down to $250." Finally, I agree to pay $30 more than the original contract price (they were asking for $450) just because the clock was ticking an time was running out to have my car picked up. The driver was ORIGINALLY scheduled to drop my car off at 2pm, but didn't arrive until 6pm because of these shady jerks trying to jack up the price. After talking with the driver, he said that THEY listed the contract at originally $300, so THEY are the ones that tried to jack the price around on me. Not to mention, they originally told the driver not to drop off my car until 12/16, when the contract clearly stated 12/13. I had to work with the driver to reschedule when I got a call from him confirming pickup. NEXT, once the car was off the trailer and on the lot at the dealership, they WON'T PAY THE DRIVER HIS PORTION. They say they "can't pay him" and try to get me to pay him the full contract price, EVEN THOUGH I'VE GIVEN THEM THE DEPOSIT OF $130. So we both go back and forth with them for an HOUR on the phone trying to get the driver paid. I finally had to Zelle the driver the amount this company owed him, just so he wouldn't take my car back. I only agreed to do so because we were getting kicked off the dealership lot because they were closing the gates at 7pm. They promised to refund me at 8am. It's been ALL DAY of phone calls trying to get a refund and I still don't have my money even though they "promise they'll send it" as soon as I'm off the phone. THEY ARE THEIVES. I will not let it rest until I get my money, but NO ONE should have to go through this. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS.

Hello Carolyn, we are really sorry to learn about the inconvenience. Every vehicle has specific individual requirements. We do our very best to serve our clients. Please note that we (US CARGO FREIGHT) are broker. Our services are to dispatch shipment to licensed and insured motor carriers. So, it’s very important to us that we have full and accurate shipping information. We then provide carriers with all the information that has been provided to us. Transparency is very important to us- thus, we provide complete details of our shipping services as we could. Due to inevitable circumstances, we couldn’t provide you the driver at agreed price as no driver was available at that tariff. Our agent really worked hard and arranged driver at $30 more than previously quoted, and we got a new contract signed by you on Dec 13, 2022. Once dispatched, our services are provided and order is completed. Then, contract with motor carrier begins and completes at the time of delivery. As per our customer satisfaction department, we learned that you were not satisfied with our services. The main reason was that carrier was supposed to call us to charge us $80 but they asked you to pay for it, it was clearly mentioned in the dispatch sheet. Therefore, we refunded $80 back to you on Dec 14, 2022. Please accept our apologies for all the inconvenience it may have caused you.
