Never use this company. Nightmare from the start. Didn't follow any of their contract. Didn't make a single date and time given. took 20 days to ship our SUV from Michigan to Kelowna, BC., didn't return emails or phone calls. Even managers Debbie or Isaac did not return phone calls. It took so long to get the car there at one point i thought it was stolen. horrible customer service. DO NOT use this company; nothing but problems. Asked for a discount due all the costs associated with not having a car for 20 days. Not even a call back. Reporting them to BBB. Their price might be a bit lower but it is not worth it ! they do not care about when your car gets there; they give false dates and information.
