In the worst five of my lifetime

Company said they could "get the bike on a truck in two days if I filled out the contract in the next hour."
I filled out the contract and returned it within an hour of receiving it (it came the next day after I called them 7 times looking for it).

No contact was made when the bike was being picked up (SURPRISE, we're here to pick up your bike four days early or two days late, depending on whether you're listening to Selwyn or the logistics person).

Bike has been at 5 forwarding terminals. I bought travel ticket to pick it up at the last terminal, because it was going to be late, and I'm concerned about damage.

This prompted USCanadaAutoTransport to jump into a process that they'd not been involved with for two weeks, threatening to stop the shipment at a different forwarding dock, because shipping companies are not supposed to deliver the vehicle anywhere other than the scheduled address.

The logistics person at the transport carrier (different company than US Canada Auto Transport) was terrific. The logistics person at the forwarding company was terrific. The two people at the final forwarding dock were terrific.

Only the jobber/agent that had nothing to do with the actual shipment was bad. The rep was argumentative, obnoxious, condescending, and kept saying "I want to make you happy, but you're not calling us." Well...they weren't involved in anything but the two-day delay in getting me the contract. They gave me the logistics woman's phone number, and she was the epitome of customer service. Why on earth would USAT think for a second that I am "their customer" when they let go of my shipment the moment they had a signed contract?
Zero thank you. Zero followup, Zero response to emails at first, looooooooonnnnnnngggggg hold times (up to 20 mins, even though I told Debbie it was an international call).
