This company should not be in business!

We contracted with Wheeler Shipping who employed this outfit to move our vehicle. It was to take 7 to 12 days to ship and we were told we'd have 12 to 24 hours notice on pick and delivery. The pickup was not at our door; we had to drive about 45 miles for the pickup and we were give 1 hour notice to get there!

After about 10 days, we were told the car was in Minnesota and was late due to the holiday (Labor Day). We were told it would be delivered on the 15th, 16th, or 17th day. We were also told we'd get the 12 to 24 hour notice on delivery.

With a hard to come by commitment for a late day doctor's appointment for our daughter, we got a call from the driver Peter who told us we had to be at the dropoff in one hour or he would drop the car a an impound lot. This pig of a driver was unsympathetic and rude, shouting at my wife on the phone. At the last minute we found an aquaintance to run to the dropoff point to receive the car.

The car was dirty outside, dusty inside, and other than some slight scratches/marks in a couple places, the car was in decent shape.

This company's customer service is non-existant. Their main communication is cell phones with full voicemail boxes. They can just barely speak English and are very hard to understand. This company can only continue in business because not enough potential customers read these reviews.
