UI Express was the company that was booked for us by Riley Auto. My family and I were already at our next duty station and had a family member that was going to pass our car off to UI Express. We were told that the car would be picked up at 6pm, Vlad showed up at 3AM to pick up the car without notice! I was told it would be a minimum of 7 days to get our vehicle but probably closer to 9 days. I recieved a call from Vlad at 4:33pm that he would be arriving with our car the following morning. I asked if the afternoon would be possible because I wasn't expecting them for at least 2 more days and had appointments that morning that couldn't be canceled at such a short notice (less than 24hrs). He said "No, you have to be there and if you are not I will put your car in storage and charge you $175 a day". I told him there was no way I could be there but I would try to have someone to meet him on such short notice. I asked him the time frame he would be there in the morning so I could arrange something and he said he would call the next day (delivery day). I asked, "Can't you at least give me a range like between 8am and 1pm?" He said no and that he would call in the morning but if I didn't meet him he would put my car in storage. When we hung up I called the owner of UI Express to let him know that I am trying to work with his driver and that he was very rude and yelling at me. His response was, "He's not rude, he's Russian." I let him know that I didn't care what he was, his threats were uncalled for and he needed to give at least 24hrs notice so I could make arrangements. Delivery day came and at 4:45pm I still hadn't gotten a phone call about a delivery time of my car. I called the owner again and he said he would contact his driver, Vlad. The owner of UI Express called me back and told me that he'd call before he dropped the car off. I asked what time I might be able to expect his call and he told me, "Don't worry, he will call you." That was the only answer I could get. At 7pm I gave my daughter a bath and put her to bed and missed Vlad's call by 2 minutes (exactly!). He left a message saying to call him back or he was putting my car in storage and charging me. I called back less than 3 minutes after I missed his call and he had turned his phone off. I instantly called the owner, when he picked up I told him my name and he HUNG UP on me! I tried to call back and he kept sending me to his voicemail. I used a different phone and blocked the number in order to get him to take my call. He said he'd call Vlad and tell him we were home but that he may have put my car in storage already and we would have to pay extra. We waited another 2 hours for Vlad to deliver our car (now 9:15pm). He wasn't going to let us inspect the car because it was dark out, however we pulled it in front of the truck and shone the headlights on it to do the inspection. Thankfully there was no damage, just the expected road grime from the trip.

This company is run with disrespect and threats. I hope no one has to go thorugh what we did. Use anyone else and save yourself the headache these guys will give you! I have reported them to the DOT, ICC and will be contacting the BBB.
