This was the first time I ever purchased anything over the internet so I was extremely nervous. Spending $1,000.00 and transporting a car over 3,000 miles I knew I had to find a company I could believe in. I spoke with a few companies and ended up with UFirst Auto Transport for a few reasons. The gentleman I dealt with, Don Tackett, was very patient with me, answered all my questions and was a local company. He sounded very honest and did not pressure me into a decision right away. He did not require a deposit until he had a confirmed driver as other companies wanted a deposit up front. He immediately found a carrier for my car and 10 days later I got my car. When I called him check on the status of the car he returned my call within 20 mintues. I would highly recommend UFirst Auto Transport based on my experience.
