As a first-time car shipper, I had no idea. I did some research which made me nervous. But Christina at UFirst not only explained things well, but checked in with me a few times as things progressed. Really, really good experience. Nice job. Oh, and they were very competitive - beat most quotes I saw. All went well - very well.
