UFirst Auto Transport stepped in when another transport company (American Car Transporter) did not show, schedule or call. I called Don Tackett...People Don was a breathe of fresh air. He was honest, direct and explained the process to me so that I would be knowledgeable about the service. He performed a miracle in less than two days. He followed up with multiple calls to insure that I was getting excellent service and proper response. The driver also called to coordinate the pickup time and was on time. The driver also called for delivery time and again was on time. I will use UFirst Auto Transport again as well as tell my friends and others to use them. This is the company to use....excellent customer service, courteous, respectful, honest and on time. I highly recommend this company. You can even call me for reference (917-731-9990).
