My experience with Don Tackett from U first auto was exellent from the time we got in contact.
This was my first time shipping a vehicle so i was very nervous about it.. I was being contacted by so many different shipping companies until I got the call fron Don.. He was srtaight foward.. He asked what my budget for the job was, and he made it work..I had a situaion where the person I had sending the car came up wit some last minuite plans and I had to reschedule the pick up while the driver was just hours away..I thought i was goin to be hit some b.s. fee or just have my shipping job put on the back burner seeing that I had paid the deposite already. But that wasnt the case don politly asked me when would the person sending the car be back around and we rescheduled without any extra fees or b.s.
If there was ever a time when I could not reach the driver, I would call Don and he located him right away.. The process was so smooth and the car was literally brought to my front door.. I Highly recomend U First Auto if your shipping a car.. Its not a good feeling when yor car is on the road with a stranger and you cant get in contact with someone or you have a bullshitter on the other line giving you the wrong ETA and just giving you a hard time once you pay the deposite..
