This was our first auto transport, and we were very nervous. Don was very helpful in finding an auto transporter in such a short amount of time! Thank you SO much! Although, the driver was a little more on the sketchy side. Our car was still delivered in one piece. On the inside of the door we had grease stains, of our new Subaru Outback. It came out, which is fine but still could have been avoided. Also our car was put on the carrier backwards. So when going through all of the insects they became very etched into the mirror. Kind of hard to remove. All in all though, for the price and customer service we would use them again. I am sorry I don't remember the shipmnet ID, but we did ship in May. Thanks again for the transport of our car and making it easy on us.

Oh and by the way, we understood why the shipment was late. The driver had truck problems. We understood and no problems there. Just being truthful, that it was indeed late. It was out of his control.
