This company stole $125 from me. Nick promised to find a driver to ship my car from Manhattan to Michigan within 48 hours. He couldn't. Time was of the essence, and he knew it. I kept asking him if it'd be easier for me to have it shipped from Connecticut or New Jersey. He kept assuring me that Manhattan wasn't a problem. Five days later, he still couldn't find a carrier for me. I kept having to call him for updates. He kept promising me he'd find something the next day. Finally, he admitted it'd be easier to have it shipped from a suburban location. He wasted 6 days and cost me $50/day in parking garage fees to reach this conclusion. He was incompetent - he told me that he entered the same pick-up and drop-off location zip code in the quotation system at one point, which is one of the reasons for the delay.

I ended up having to cancel this service - I couldn't afford to wait any longer. Thankfully, I found another transport company that shipped my car in less than 24 hours after I contacted her - IN MANHATTAN. Nick, of course, refused to refund my money. I guess he expects to be paid for his incompetence. Completely unprofessional. Stay away from this business.

Horrible Liars??? - This is slander.Please take the time to Read. Thanks! Kate booked her transport on 9/3/13 for Pick-up on 9/4/13. She had mentioned she would like it picked up within the next 48 hours. My Exact words were" It is definitely possible, But we do not own the Truck/Drivers and or control what happens on the road". That was that. Now in regards to zip codes being mismatched...? The only mismatching that took place was her giving me 3 different zip codes of friends she would be visiting. She made it next to impossible to locate a driver, i simply had no clue where she was going to be at a certain time. BUT I got it done! I dispatched a driver to her location (manhattan)But Kaitlin could not Release the vehicle due to personal reason(she would not tell me)Now she states that I cost her 6 day's...I had her vehicle dispatched 4 days into our 10 day contract. And when the driver went out to the location, she wouldn't release it! My Company was charged a $100 for a dry run fee.Those trucks get like 4 miles to the gallon. I wish their was a review site for customers like Kate, because this is not right!
