Kate booked her transport on 9/3/13 for Pick-up on 9/4/13. She had mentioned she would like it picked up within the next 48 hours. My Exact words were" It is definitely possible, But we do not own the Truck/Drivers and or control what happens on the road". That was that. Now in regards to zip codes being mismatched...? The only mismatching that took place was her giving me 3 different zip codes of friends she would be visiting. She made it next to impossible to locate a driver, i simply had no clue where she was going to be at a certain time. BUT I got it done! I dispatched a driver to her location (manhattan)But Kaitlin could not Release the vehicle due to personal reason(she would not tell me)Now she states that I cost her 6 day's...I had her vehicle dispatched 4 days into our 10 day contract. And when the driver went out to the location, she wouldn't release it! My Company was charged a $100 for a dry run fee.Those trucks get like 4 miles to the gallon. I wish their was a review site for customers like Kate, because this is not right!
