I bought a new car in California and had to ship it to cross country. I spoke with a lot of transporters, but the honesty and responsiveness I received from Casey was excellent. Since this was the first time I was shipping a car, I had several questions for the transporters. Casey was very honest in his responses, diligently followed up on scheduling the pickup and was on top of things till the car was delivered. He was very flexible and understanding of my situation; worked around it to schedule the driver for the pickup, and their delivery was timely. Their prices are also better than a lot of other companies who tend to do a lot of back end charges. Everything is documented in the contract and it a clean/transparent process. I would high recommend using this company if you have a transportation need. Thanks you Turn Key for a job well done.
