Casey was very friendly and honest for the most part. Turnkey used FHT auto transport for the car shipment trucking company. Casey gave me a window of the pickup and delivery timing and FHT fell within those windows. Casey did say the trunk could store up to 125 lbs for free but FHT said I could only store 100 lbs for free. I talked to other car shipment brokers who were definitely more dishonest than Turnkey. Overall I would recommend using Turnkey.
