The pick up time and charge to my credit card was very fast, but once is paid no answer or any update from the car. I didn't put pressure just calls emails once in a while without getting any answer only after the 3rd week I got an update the car was at the border. After I got the car delivered I notice some damage and I called the driver on the phone very rude by the way. I filled a insurance claim and no answer so far. It makes me think twice using this company again.
