Well, of course I was deluged in offers from 30-45 transportation companies after I put my job up for bid to the automobile vehicle transport community. What made Tucker Logistics immediately stand out was I got the impression that they had a truck leaving soon, and were trying to get my car on it that day- as in immediately, where is your car located at?

No one else even hinted at that. They are all brokers. They are not really involved normally once they turn it over to the driver. It may be unrealistic to promise that or commit to it, but Tucker was proposing just that - without promising, but how can we make this happen?

I e-mailed Andrew Kennedy back and forth and he also found me a coupon to use - which also made them the lowest bidder because he did that. Meanwhile, I was trying to close the transaction on my end - the car had not been officially bought yet - so I could keep up with him.

I finally called to give him my credit card number and complete the transaction. I went ahead and paid the driver in advance, even though I didn't have to, in appreciation of his consideration in trying to get my car to me as fast as possible. I was not able to finally get a release from the dealer until about 3-4 pm local time and the driver missed him - Miami traffic made it unfeasible to even try, I'm guessing - but he got it this morning and it's on it's way and will be here tomorrow.

Really easy. Andrew was really nice, very professional, no fuss, no muss. I've done this before. It can be a very sleazy experience and business, as the many reviews attest (you know only the dissatisfied usually take the time to post reviews, right?). This is primarily because of the broker/driver relationship, and it puts the brokers in a spot in which they really don't have a lot of control sometimes, so I'm imagining that relationship is pretty important. In my case, it was evident that not only did Andrew have confidence in the driver, they were working and coordinating together, which I rarely see in this kind of transaction.

Give Andrew a call at 561-325-7902 - I will be getting calls from other brokers for a week, I know, so this may be faster and
