A few words to describe this company and the owner, unaccountable, liars, unprofessional. This company promised us our vehicle on time hence why we paid more. Never disclosed that the fuel tank needed to be empty and in return it never made it on the boat it was supposed to after telling it was taken care of. So guess who was out money for a full tank and two weeks worth of a car rental. This is the type of company including the owner that will tell you they will call you back promptly to resolve issues and never do, because they know they were in the wrong and wouldn't work to try and fix things or compensate for failure and incompetence on their end. If I handle my business like that I'd be out of work. The only time they did call back promptly was when they could make a buck. Listen if your an owner of a company and you have an upset customer that's being reasonable handle it, don't tell them you'll take care of it and will call back and never do(several times). You should be ashamed of you business ethic. Leaving families in last minute binds is despicable. You could of made things right and chose not too. Oh by the way thanks for the nice crack on the back of bumper.
