This company doesn’t deserve 1 star and should be shut down. I’m writing this because it is now snow bird season and tons of people are seeking car transport services. I reached out to this company to ship my car from the Fort Lauderdale/ Boca area to New York. After a conversation I signed a contract for the service and agreed to pay a total of $975.00. The two people I spoke to were named Tom and Nicole. After signing the contract Tom told me that I would need to pay a security deposit of $275 now and finish paying off the balance of $700.00 when the car gets to New York which I happily paid. I was told that Thursday April 28th the car would be picked up early afternoon. I sat and waited for hours with no call from Tom. Finally after 3pm came and went I called and told him that the car was ready to be picked up and where is the driver? He told me he will get the ETA and get back to me. ( which he NEVER DID GET BACK TO ME). After a while a lady called my phone named Nicole and told me the drivers are still dropping off cars in the area and they will not be able to pick up my car until the cars have been dropped off… MIND YOU THE CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP EARLY AFTERNOON AND IT IS NOW 4:30pm. I wondered to myself why I didn’t receive a curtesy call earlier in the day telling me that their driver was running behind. I am a very understanding person so I decided to wait it out a little more even though neither Nicole or Tom can give me a ETA for their driver. After a while Nicole’s story changes and she states that the drivers truck broke down and they will not be able to pick up my car until tomorrow at my hotel. I said fine and drove my car packed with my belongings to my hotel. The next day when they were supposed to pick up the car came and went and they never did pick it up. Saturday April 30th, was the day that I had to fly back to New York. I had to leave my car at the hotel with the key being held at the front desk. I called Nicole around 12 and asked was my car picked up because she texted me and told me that the car would be picked up by 11AM-12PM that day. I didn’t hear from her during that time frame so I had to call… when I called she told me that the driver is on the way but they would need to charge me more money since it’s a new driver. She wanted me to pay $1000 when the car gets to me in New York instead of the $700 I signed the contract for. After hearing that I canceled this service all together. Their company name is a joke because they are not truthful .. in my opinion they tired to scam me. I don’t even trust them anymore with my car or belongings. My car was supposed to be picked up on Thursday and it is now Monday and my car is still in Florida. This is a complete inconvenience. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. Now I am in the process of disputing this situation with my bank to get my hard earned money back. Beware!!!!! Use another company who will actually be TRUTHFUL, EFFECTIVE AND RELIABLE.
