GO ANY WHERE ELSE. This company is the worst I only picked 1 star because you can't pick 0. They created a nightmare for me and has done nothing to try and resolve the issue. I bought a truck in Ohio and needed it delivered to Idaho. The salesman from the dealer recommended this company so I called them. I gave Nicole the vehicle information and was told they could transport it for $1650. I agreed and told her I would let her know when the truck was ready. A couple days later the truck was paid for and ready so I called her and she said because it was a dually 3500 it would cost more because of the size. Now she wanted $1850 and I agreed and paid her $250 deposit. It was July 3rd and she said that it wont move until after the 4th holiday which was fine I wasn't going to be in Idaho until the 11th anyway. The holiday passed and when I called she kept telling me tomorrow. I had to leave Idaho and drive back to Alaska on the 20th which I made very clear from the beginning. On the 13th she again told me (when I called her, she never called me) that she thinks there is someone out of Utah that was going to get the truck tomorrow she was waiting to hear back. At this point I could no longer wait and told her that I was going to fly to Cleveland to get the truck and she agreed to give me my $250 back. Today is Aug 20th and I still have not received my money back and she will not answer my calls. She does not communicate with the customer once she gets her money you are on your own. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The car salesman that recommended her will no longer use her either look for a reliable company for your shipping needs not this company. I'm sure that I will never see my $250 back but I hope that I saved you the headache of dealing with Nicole and Todd (husband).
