I was referred to them by a friend. All contact was via email and the reasons were clearly stated. They responded to all of my inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner. The Price I was quoted was, in fact, lower than several others. The car was picked up on time and delivered exactly when the driver told me it would be. Although it was not enclosed, there was no damage and no weather markings.

All in all, a very good experience and I will definitely use Trusty Transport again!
