I do not understand. We loaded it on the requested date and delivered on time. We gave the customer our drivers cell # to call if updates were needed. The driver at loading told the customer when he would deliver. Why call us 3 times a day every day to hear the same reply. "He is on time and will deliver scheduled date". How many times do you need to hear that ? The driver said they also called him at least twice a day. They were retired so maybe just bored or forgetful. We gave perfect service.
