This customer was told from the beginning that 97% of our business is on open double decker car haulers. We only have two enclosed trucks. This customer wanted immediate loading and our trucks were not in Texas. We offered this out to enclosed drivers in the industry. (Liscensed,bonded,insured,carriers) A broker convinced this customer that we were scam artists and this customer freaked out and paid them $200 more to do the same thing we were already doing. We try to be honest and brokers will say anything to get the credit card #. That is why we do not need a deposit or credit card #. Sometimes a fool and their money are soon parted.
